Such lovely and kind people at Lamborghini! I took a student with additional needs to visit the cars as he just loves Lamborghinis! I wanted to use his passion to help engage him with some writing. I just wanted to acknowledge Stephanie and the Team for their compassion and kindness to us when we visited. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to returning in 2024!!

Just wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service we just received from the team at Lamborghini Chelmsford- Especially Anthony, who went out of his way to make the experience special for our 8 year old son and another boy (both car crazy) who had come to look at the supercars. He let them sit in the cars and even brought a Lamborghini Huracan out to show them the sound of the rev and sit in it and have photos. That was kind enough, but then brought the kids out a boxed Lamborghini magazine and key ring to have for their first car in the future. So kind, he is made up- thank you so much! We will be back for a visit soon! ?????

I took my son here on the off chance he could see the cars. He is nearly 8 and is fascinated by fast cars. We were greeted by Anthony who was so kind to us and made us feel so welcome. He spent some time talking to us about the cars and let my son sit in one. He also started it up so we could hear the engine. Another kind gentleman, also showed us around the Bentleys and let him sit in one. To round a great experience off, Anthony kindly gave my son a Lamborghini book and calendar which he has treasured since leaving the showroom.I can not thank you guys enough for taking the time to show us around. You really made a little boy extremely happy which he will remember for a long time.Massive thanks, Steve and George

Always a pleasure dealing with Lamborghini Chelmsford, nothing is too much trouble and all the staff there are exceptional from welcoming you to looking after you. Levi in particular is the best Service Manager you could ask for, a genuine credit to Lamborghini!

I asked if I could go visit and have a look around even though I could never afford a lamborghini and nick emailed back saying sure come down, they took me round and showed me everything and explained about the cars they had in stock, really friendly staff, was made to feel welcome, I'll definetly go back to look around, maybe one day I'll have the money to actually own one!Left with a smile on my face, thanks guys

Today i took myself to the Lamborghini Chelmsford showroom to have a look around the showroom and inspire myself to keep working hard so one day i will be able to leave the showroom in my own Lamboghini.I had a great chat with one of the staff (Anthony) he was kind enough to let me sit in one of the Urus performantes and answered any questions i had. Anthony then started up the car and i?ve never had a bigger smile on my face. The noise was next level.Thankyou Anthony you?re a top bloke.

Anthony at the Chelmsford Lamborghini was so amazing with my 6 year old boy, who is obsessed with these beautiful cars! I rang during the week to see if it was ok for my son to come and have a look at the cars. Anthony was so helpful and said it would be no trouble at all to come and have a look. So we went today and my boy had the best time. He is absolutely buzzing from the experience. The cars are amazing and Anthony was delightful. I hope that one day we will be coming to actually buy one!! Thanks again!

Fantastic people. Anthony was excellent from first point of contact, to the sale of the car, and then subsequent after sales care. Very knowledgeable on the car (Huracan Evo), and did everything possible to help.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.My autistic 10yr old is absolutely obsessed with cars and was itching to look at some. I was concerned as he can be hard work and asks so many questions so I phoned in advance. Kevin, who answered the call reassured me that we were welcome anytime, but we didn't expect the treatment we recieved.My smile in my sons face was amazing while looking at the lamborghinis, then we met Kevin. OMG! Such a lovely man. He was so patient and allowed my three kids to ask everything and sit in the cars. Even my teenage girls were awestruck and I finally understand petrolheads.As the showroom was quiet (late sunday) Kevin even asked zayne if he wanted to go for a spin! I thought my heart would burst watching the look on my three in a lamborghini! I was so jealous ?Before we left Kevin gave my lot a lovely keyring each and a gave my son a book (which he hasn't stopped reading since).Kevin is just brilliant and made us feel so welcome even though he knew we weren't buying. He shook hands with my lad and told him he could visit anytime.In my sons words it was THE BEST DAY EVER!We had an amazing time and now my kids are inspired to work hard so they can buy one?

Absolutely delightful experience dealing with Lamborghini chelmsford, Anthony and Levi were very welcoming, this luxury dealership employs kind, down to earth people who perform their jobs to an exemplary standard without losing the common touch. Would 100% recommend.

Terrible serviceContacted on 3rd of September to buy a Lamborghini Urus.Agreed a price and sorted finance and funds to buy the car through VW finance.Advised the car was perfect, same 1 owner from new, full ppf.Advertised the car for sale on sale or return you would think they would know of it?s faults needing new tyres, a service, PPF repair and a rip in one of the seats.How do you miss a tear so big you feel now you can?t sell it like it?Due to collect tomorrow 9th to be advised this morning no can do.Even though this has clearly been an issue from the start.Advertising a poor version of what is described by the dealer as perfect to get you to commit to buy to then let you arrange funds to be told sorry we won?t sell.Very fishy, time wasters.Stay away from the urus Reg - EU70DZKClowns.
