09/24 MOT and service done with no fuss. Good communication from the reception team.
02/25 4 TPMS sensors at good price. Honest that they told me I only needed to do one. I chose to do them all. Great service again
09/25 MOT and serviced... Ashley serviced my car and inspected my squeaky auxiliary belt. He got rid of the squeaks with just a bit of cleaning Nice touch of customer service.

From my initial phone call, ordering the correct tyre, visiting the Kwik Fit workshop, to fitment of the new tyre, the process went very smoothly.

Took my Daughters car in because she had a slow puncture, the young man who checked her car was obviously new so no blame on him,
He insisted on checking all the tyres, when it came to taking off the wheel he had to go and ask a colleague to help,then he put it on a spinner and sprayed water on it nothing happened so he increased the tyre pressure and sprayed it again then told me it didn't have a puncture so after an hour and a half I drove her car home, then this morning I went out and her tyre was flat, so now I'm taking it to Nicks at Boreham

Because it was gone 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, I had a flat tyre. The guys at Kwik Fit were busy and couldn?t really fit me in but they decided to help me out. I need my van for work so very grateful to the team there for helping me out.

Although I was very happy initially it was not until the following day I realised that the fitted tyres were not the ones that I had ordered online, they were the correct brand but a different version to the ones I had fitted to the front 3 days earlier

Worst experience ever. Booked a battery replacement online and the battery supposed to be Bosch. 20 mins after dropping the car received a call the battery is not compatible. That?s just unbelievable. Options given for a non-brand battery and because I had planned trip on the following day so no options and I said yes. They called me at 4:53 to collect the car before 5pm or have to collect on the following day. I had a planned trip on Sunday morning. Such a joke. Not a text email or call after the job was done. This was my first visit to a Kwik Fit and probably the last.
