I ordered food last night on just eat, they missed out something and it wasn?t the first time either, wether I go in person or order online. I called the restaurant and spoke to Alfie and he was excellent with the way he dealt with it. Unfortunately I had to leave my food at home and go straight to the restaurant to collect what was missing. Once I got there Alfie wasn?t available, but the two workers who were there made me wait over 10minutes to get this problem resolved, this had initially made my food gone cold at home. whether it was out of spite I don?t know. I don?t know names but the African descent cook at the time who wears a red bandana underneath his hat needs to go! He cooks and touches food without gloves which is disgusting. He?s the one who constantly messes up our order and when I ask for specific chicken pieces I don?t receive it and I think he does it on purpose. When I got home and opened the sweet chilli dipped bites, it was plain with a little bit of sauce at the bottom. I didn?t approach at the time as I would?ve let my anger get the best of me and I would?ve ended up getting in trouble and Alfie luckily resolved the situation but if this were to happen again I WILL confront! Get this nasty staff gone or tell him to please be grateful he has a job and do it properly!! I will be going in again to make sure changes have been made. I have just spoken to Sam at the restaurant, I hope this don?t happen again.

Took 2 hours to arrive. Phoned up KFC 0800 number, they told us it said it arrived on their system and "therefore there's nothing they can do" and they hung up on us. The food eventually arrived cold.

Would never eat here again we had the boneless feast box and when we got home it was semi cold and the chips where very soggy and then the chicken looked undercooked and not crispy and was watery and tasted disgusting the popcorn chicken was okay and I would never recommend eating here again as my family always never trusted this kfc the best one to go to is in Springfield that?s the best kfc never eat at this one they should of kept it shut down

Don't bother going to this one as the staff are useless was waiting to pay cash for my order one of the cooks said there someone waiting at the desk and no one came to the counter so I left the shop without my food.
After waiting 15 mins.
And you pay more at the shop than other shops and get a fraction of your meal
And the wheelchair access for people who needs it isn't good
And I wouldn't have given it 1 star but that's the lowest option

Foodd standard kfc. Service was fab. Atmosphere was below average. Loud party music blaring from the speakers. Untidy despite being empty.
