Its okay but the automated machines does not clean your car properly. It does leave water streaks on your car that you would have to clean once you get home.

Lazy rude staff cleaning service is not worth the amount of money they charge you as you are better off going to normal car wash where they atleast clean your car properly.

I have never seen such a bad car wash. How do people go here? The workers are so rude and talk like they are going to beat you. They took out the places where I rapped on my car and wanted 250 pounds to have it done again and when the car got stained I paid 32 pounds for it. I believe there are places that do this job professionally. Don't throw your money away.

Very bad car wash. The left side of my car came out with scratches. The rest of the car was poorly washed. I will not be returning. I did wonder why there was nobody else there, now I know why.

I wish I could leave minus stars but unfortunately that is not possible. I took my car to get cleaned due to some bird poo on the roof of my car. I paid for the most expensive option of £19 which included being washed first with jets by hand and then put into their drive-in machine. When I got home I discovered to my horror that a large section of paintwork has been ripped off my roof down to the metal. This can?t be repaired and I have been quoted between £500-750(plus VAT) for a whole new roof re-spray turning this into the world?s most expensive car wash. To add insult to injury there were still large parts of the car that hadn?t been cleaned properly (hubcaps, car boot door) and so I?ve had have those cleaned again by hand. Needless to say I won?t be returning and will be telling family and friends to give this car wash a wide berth.

After paying via the QR Code that is displayed outside your facility while waiting to enter, upon showing the receipt to one of your workers, they complained to me about me not showing them this code, whilst your receipt literally tells the customer to do so. Your worker had the audacity to call me a moron, when he gave out poor instructions whilst proceeding through the car wash, which needless to say is pretty diabolical from a customer point of view. Won't be using again.
