The team of young girls on were very contentious and cheery and the food was a great standard as always. We like to come and use our club card reward vouchers and it?s always a top pick for my 11 and 13 year old boys

Our Christmas was ruined they got our PRE-ORDERED meals wrong,I was served seven prawns and a slice of salmon on a slice of untoasted bread and told that was a prawn cocktail! The whole meal was cold and looked bland and colorless and we were sat on a tiny little table against a wall and made to feel less than special eating clearly frozen food for 60 blooming quid absolutely AWFUL.

I had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, The service was attentive and friendly, especially lorna she was very friendly and attentive making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Great visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had good banter. Lots for the kids to do aswell and the food was quite good
Dietary restrictions: Lots of veggie options. Not great for gluten free desserts though

Good food decent menu. Nice pleasant venue huge bonus of indoor soft play for little ones.
Kid-friendliness: Nice booth seating with kids tv on near the soft play.

Cold food, no staff, missing items from the roast, tables dirty. Anything we asked was too much trouble for the staff.

The food is actually Ok but the service is AWFUL !!!!!!!!! We walked in and stood at the bar waiting for the girl (who was dressed casually) to get off the phone so we could order some drinks. She knew we were waiting but decided to continue her conversation elsewhere and walked off and left us standing there. She eventually returned but chose, again, to ignore us. Fortunately, a young man came over and served us. Later on, we went back to the bar and same girl ignored us AGAIN. Fortunately, another girl, who looked like the manager (more appropriately dressed and wearing a lanyard) promptly approached us and took our order.

Nice meal and service was good as usual. But was very cold. The doors were open and the water and hand drier were cold. Would still go back, as we go there a lot.
