I was in store today and spoke to and was served by a delightful young lady called Megan, she was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Megan for your help and for the lovely (well delicious really) ice cream. 100% recommend this store.

I went into an empty Hotel Chocolat, Chelmsford this morning enquiring if you had any macaroons.
The Assistant just pointed to a shelf!, when I asked how much they were, she again just pointed to a price tag!
When I then asked about assortments, she did just manage to say ?they are all chocolate? - I then pointed out that there were at least five different varieties!!! She really wasn?t interested.
My last enquiry to her was do you have a gift box including macaroons to which she replied ?go on line?. Such disappointing customer service, I walked out.

The whipped cream is creamy I prefer to have it with cold hot shakes they are fantastic. The ice cream served are incredible and so are the chocolates.

Beware of the Velvetiser. This product often dies after ONE YEAR of use. You are then offered 50% off the next one, very expensive and not worth the money.

The milk hot chocolate was good; but the whipped cream - divine! The Christmas vibes are so spot on; I look forward to coming in again to try the vanilla white chocolate.

My husband came with my little boy this weekend to pick me up some last minute birthday treats and my little boy asked his dad for a chocolate santa lolly. When they got to the counter the lovely employee explained the santa "was on them". What a beautiful act of kindness & my little one couldn't wait to tell me. Thanks again for making his day

I was after a healthy, hot chocolate after the gym made of coconut milk, and the kind lady recommended a hazelnut dark hot chocolate, and it was a 10 out of 10. thank you!!

Lovely service but the hot chocolate after the mountain of whipped cream was just so watery just not what I was expecting. So disappointed
