Hannah is a gem! I walked in with my Wife and baby, and wasn't approached by any member of staff for assistance. I approached a staff member and was told that they were busy. We were about to walk out and Hannah came to us from dealing with a customer on the till, and assisted us.
She is extremely knowledgeable and she made amazing recommendations based on our requirements. Bravo Hannah!

Went into the branch in Chelmsford to buy a few things but came out with a lot. This was because we met a super helpful assistant called Aileen who was both knowledgeable on the products which led to further sales.
Must say the Holland and Barrett do have excellent discounts both in the shop and online.

Good shop and there are usually some great discounted products. I like the new chilled section. But it is annoying that they have things out of stock for weeks. Why is it that H&B can have no soy mince in stock for weeks yet I can order 6 online and have it delivered to the store the next day to collect?

I like the products H&B sell. The staff are also always friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. However, I find it very annoying that H&B find it necessary to constantly change the layout of their store. As most people, I?m a busy person who just wants to get their required products without having to search throughout the entire store. I understand they constantly change the layout for marketing reasons, it?s just not very thoughtful towards loyal customers. Also, is it really necessary to regularly change the packaging of the products? For these reasons I tend to do the bulk of my shopping at Grape Tree now.

1 star only because one dark hair woman ( probably she is a manager) was Very Rude!!! I just wanted to ask something and I said "sorry to disturbe" because she was chatting 5 mins so I thought that person is more like a friend then the customer and I was really struggling to find one product so I felt like i have no choice so I decided to come up and ask her. She replied to me something like "Dont you see I am busy" with an angry face...like how I could even dare.... So i went away. I have never met any one rude like that like she is a boss of all bosses.
