I visited the Chelmsford store today with my friend and dealt with Kelly. She was so helpful, friendly and went over and above to give me advice of which her knowledge was fantastic. She is a real credit to your Company and I will definitely be revisiting

Hannah is a gem! I walked in with my Wife and baby, and wasn't approached by any member of staff for assistance. I approached a staff member and was told that they were busy. We were about to walk out and Hannah came to us from dealing with a customer on the till, and assisted us.
