Evita, helped me find a holiday for the whole family for my 60th birthday. 8 adults and a 2yr old. Listened to all our requirements and found us what we wanted.Went back to book airplane seats and she was just going to lunch but she stopped to book those and answer my families questions before she went.Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful the two lads who done our room rajan and pokie was so helpful and friendly ,I highly recommend this island if you want quite and relaxing holiday ,food is good and staff very friendly .we have a overwater delux villa with spa its just great getting up in morning and getting in the clear blue sea

AVOID Hays travel.Book your own holidays online.They give out incorrect advice re travelling.We needed a VITAL printed out document to take with us on our holiday and were informed by a Jo that we could do this all online. She then sent us two email links which directed us to the gov website re our return to the UK. Had I not looked into this further myself, my husband and I would have arrived at the airport without the important form and would not have been able to fly.Sam promised a call back which we are still waiting on two hours later.It is no wonder Thomas cook went bust and shut down if their staff have insufficient training. We usually use Tui but unfortunately they were not flying to the destination we required.Avoid Hays is all I?ll say.. same process as Thomas Cook and the staff are useless at their jobs.I give it a few months before they shut down??Better service and knowledge at Tui - they do not just give out information without actually revising the job first, they find the correct information and come back to you.Good luck Hays travel, you need it!
