Visited to look for a car seat for my grandchild, it has been over 30 years since I last purchased one and things have certainly changed.
However although they were busy a lovely lady called Debbie assisted me. She was patient and kind and explained all I needed to know.she had excellent understanding and knowledge, Halfords you have a gem!

Richard was extremely helpful when I went in. He was incredibly informative and showed me different options for my new battery. He also helped me to get the best deals and recommend the motoring club which has already saved me what I paid and more.
He is an exceptional employee.

Every time I go in this shop I end up waiting in a queue to pay while the assistant signs up the paying customer to something or other. Waited 7 minutes today and I was the secind in line. Unless it's urgent, or you can't fit it yourself, stick to Amazon.

Visited Halfords in Chelmsford today to get new wiper blades fitted.. deb on tills and Leon who fitted my wipers were both absolutely exceptional.
They were Happy, friendly and so helpful.
I would ? recommend using the Chelmsford store and what was a complete bonus the store is dog friendly.. brilliant!

Went today, was served by a lovely lady, I think she was called Deb, served about 5pm, bought a car seat for my granddaughter, she was so helpful, took time out to check that my other car seat was fitted correctly also. If you have staff like this, your business will flourish as I will definitely be back time and again. Well done Halfords for having great staff.

Great service from store today (14th March 19:30) popped in to collect an order, friendly staff inside. When reaching car thought the tires were looking flat. Asked Halfords the technician who was busy fitting parts to another car if Halfords had a tire pump. His instant professional response that we would fit me in as soon as he had finished with the current customer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered advice and Halfords services, that I will be using in future.
