Refund requested and job cancelled by myself 45 seconds after arriving. The attitude is horrible, the customer service is non existent. These individuals are ruining the companies image, they are sarcastic, rude and ignorant. Ill never spend a pound in Halfords again. Absolutely not. Avoid this branch specifically if you care about your self respect.

The worst customer service experience i have had, due to traffic i showed up 3 minutes (late) 8:27, my booking was 8:30, a simple ?unfortunately you have missed your booking? would suffice but no, instead the large bald man behind the counter was rude and abrupt and then began to mock/mimmick me? is this his first public encounter?

Very disappointing interaction. Had been seen at alternative Halfords garage 5 days before booking they had told me exactly what was required and to contact this dealership in advance so they could source parts etc. Called with 5 days notice stating that hat problem was, what parts were needed and gave all information Halfords colleagues had suggested. Was told a note would be added to booking and parts would be sourced. On arriving for appointment this morning none of that was true, no note had been recorded, no effort to source parts had been made and garage just said yeah we can?t get parts looks like you?re on your own. Feel very let down and won?t be returning to Halfords again after having been a customer for past 15 years.

Not impressed, shouldn't have to leave a car all day for a MOT and service. Very stressful trying to get back in time for closing as it was so late, no Uber's available, had to upgrade and pay more to get one. One expects if a car is dropped at 08h30 the work starts fairly early not at 1.30.

I never thought of visiting a Halfords Garage but I will certainly be back. My first time booking with them. Staff were thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had an MOT appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. Despite allowing extra time to ensure I arrived ahead of my appointment, unforeseen traffic and weather conditions caused me to arrive at 8:31 AM.
Upon arrival, I was informed by a staff member that my appointment had been cancelled because I did not arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
I was not made aware of this policy, as there was no information provided indicating that appointments would be cancelled if customers did not arrive 10 minutes early.
As a result, I wasted my entire morning and had to take a few hours off work, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. I believe that some flexibility should be allowed for customers, as unexpected delays can occur.
I will not be coming back there or to any other Halfords branches, this experience was beyond disappointing and staff?s attitude shocking.

Came here for my service and MOT this week.
What I liked ?
- good booking experience: got an appointment a day after the day I called. Efficient booking over phone
- Prices are mentioned upfront. No hidden charges and fair pricing. Price difference was close to 15% compared to dealers. I was also able to use a 5% off gift card that I got through my employer
- got the vehicle back in a few hours
What I didn't like ?
- No free parking. If curbside spots are filled, you are expected to pay and park in the adjacent street
- reception has a weird smell, not kept clean and has cars parked 2feet away making it difficult to come in and out. Also quote dangerous
- the guy at the reception Ryan is quite impatient and rude and constantly passes side comments. It's one thing to have a bad day. But this rudeness was unacceptable when i tried to pay through the gift card that lets me save money. Saying stuff like " i haven't got all day" even when all I took was a couple mins. I would avoid this place if I was a single lady to stay away from the constant commentary
