DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Edited: also wanted to add. They have lied or not done their job properly on the MOT. My front tyres are 3 weeks old and apparently are worn down to 84%. So essentially I will need new tyres in 3 months time. They are shoddy and lazy, use at your own risk. These tyres supplied by Halfords.They failed my MOT for a tiny stone hole in my tire, hardly visible. Staff didnt care and were so bloody rude, the centre is disorganised and chaotic, dont trust them and wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. Dont take your car here if you dont want to be scammed. This wouldnt of failed at another centre. It took 3 mechanics to find the stone chip. Staff had poor attitude and heard a member of staff swear when we wanted them to show us the hole. Dont recommended!

Very rude staff, a member swore under his breath whilst looking at us when ask to bring over a jack. What a joke. When we dropped our car off the female member of staff was rude to a lady trying to pay at the desk... avoid at all costs, don't believe me then read all the other reviews!!!! Not just my experience!!!

Recently visited Halfords for an MOT test and was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptionally quick and professional, making the usually tedious process smooth and hassle-free. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, answering all my questions with ease. Highly recommend Halfords for a stress-free and efficient MOT experience!

paid them over £2000 for a full service, MOT & breaks, when i picked up the car i could smell fuel in it and i was told that's normal....after 4 days i took to a competitor who said i have a broken injector or fuel pipe.... my car was perfectly fine before they touched it.... the customer service is shocking and i have raised with them but they don't care as they got the money and now i am having to contact garages to fix the issues as Halfords don't fix that part.....Avoid this garage and Halfords all together.... find a garage that wont over charge you or break you car and then delete all diagnostics systems of any work being carried out...

Twice my car has been there and both times simple jobs were completed this time it was an oil change extremely overpriced and they even managed to damage the car telling me to return it again to fix their mistakes has happened before had to pay a grand to fix their incompetence don?t visit it?s a waste of money and a strain to your nerves. Unbelievable.

Just went in there for my free battery check. There were cars everywhere so I pulled in by reception to ask where best to park. The man on the reception desk spoke to me like an idiot, before I'd even had chance to open my mouth, berating me for leaving my car where it was when there were no other parking spaces available. Rude, arrogant and awful customer service! I"m not a mind reader!Went to the Halfords on Navigation Road instead where the greeting was friendly, the service was helpful and the guys had the battery check done in 10 mins. Thank you Navigation Road team!

Ive given it only two stars for different reasons. I was there for a free tyre check, which the mechanic did quickly and was extremely polite and helpful. But when i arrived it was pretty shambolic. The receptionist guy was not the happiest, was quite rude to me that i had come for a free tyre check, no money to be made there, although if my tyres had needed it i probably would have bought them there. The next lady had booked a service/mot on line and paid for it but it was not on the computer. So she would have to rebook. The guy behind her was told he was too late for his mot. Although he had queued behind us for 10 mins! And was very surprised as he wasnt there for an mot! A light change, he had booked on line for 8.30 which was showing on the computer as due at 1.30. I left at that point. But i think they need to get a better computer systrm and to tell the receptionist to cheer up!

2 stars for the quick and efficient service on mot on my car.However, my van had an mot and was failed because wing arm needed replacing. Once this was replaced, my abs light came on almost immediately. I was told by a friend who?s a mechanic that it may just be the abs sensor knocked out of align/needed adjusting when they changed wing arm. (so didn?t bother to go back to Halfords as didn?t think it was big deal, which I regret).Months later after getting my van serviced elsewhere, ABS sensor has been completely broken/snapped costing me £175. Which is Halfords fault I?m having to get this repaired now.Won?t go here again.

Booked car in for 0930 to have all 4 tyres changed so dropped off at 0920. Told to come back at 1100. Came back at 1105 and was told it woukdnt be long. After 15 minutes went outside to see how the car was progressing and they hadn't even started. So I have to sit round for another 90 minutes. Definitely would not recomnend this branch. N3xt time will use Kwik Fit.

OK friendly enough service. Reasonable but not the cheapest services. Customer toilets could have been cleaner. No milk and no selections of the different coffees marketed in waiting room. Waiting room comfort OK. Not aware of any free wifi. Viewing area of work being carried out restricting.

Recorded my MOT mileage incorrectly by over 30,000. Stated they would get it changed, two weeks later they have not sorted this. Cannot get through to the Autocentre, rung customer services who stated the test centre can't amend this, despite being told two weeks ago they would. I am trying to sell my vehicle, however, due to the current mileage listed it has depreciated in value and equally made me incur extra insurance, tax costs. No apology! In addition, my concern is that the MOT might not have even been completed on the correct car!
