“Thank you Louise! I have used box dye in the darkest brown shade for almost 20 years. Last two years I’ve noticed, that my grey roots are getting more and more visible and I have decided to go for much lighter shade. Lighter meaning dark blond :-) I was very afraid a) that I would end up with orange uneven hair colour and b) quality of my hair would be completely destroyed. I did my research and came across Louise. I’ve booked my initial consultation, where we discussed the right steps to achieve the best results. Louise immediately amazed me with her knowledge in field, warm personality and professionalism. I had two initial K18 treatments (which I highly recommend) and after a month of specific care and preparation of my hair I had my big day. I was very nervous, as I mentioned before, I have never done anything this major with my hair before. This process took unbelievable 7hours and the results were outstanding! Louise transformed my hair from the darkest brown shade/almost black to very even beautiful caramel blonde! My hair has the same quality like before and I absolutely LOVE my new hair colour. The atmosphere was fantastic, Louise made me feel very comfortable. She was explaining to me each step of the process.
