Don't waste your money at H Samuel. We bought a diamond eternity ring from H Samuel. After 14 months a diamond fell out. They charged us over half the value of the ring to repair it. 2 years on another diamond has fallen out! Took my Wife in this morning to get her Engagement ring re-coated as we do every other year. Staff are always polite and helpful, I only wish they could provide them with a modern computer system, it’s all very antiquated and slow. Having computers that date back to the 90’s can’t be good for business.
