5 star service from Ethan! Professional from the second we walked in, endured the world's slowest test drive and made the effort to call to say things had progressed as expected as I'd been nervous. Highly would recommend Glyn Hopkins, friendly and helpful people. Eithan our sales man sat us down explained everything to us, showed us around our new car for 2024 and also explained how everything worked if there was anything we was unsure about nothing was any trouble at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely be back again. I have to say this was why the 5 star ? rating. Thank you again to Eithan to salesman and to Glyn Hopkins for such a great service.

The MG 4 XPower is amazing which is let down by Glyn Hopkins service. The new car was scratched by the person who put the number plates on where the Sales man promised that they would arrange for touch up paint to be delivered so i could touch it up. Two weeks later we are still waiting for the touch up paint. We discussed locking wheel nuts where we were told they were standard, now I?m being told that they?re not standard. The Sales person couldn't even give us the cost of the service agreement so we didn't bother. They promised to fully charge the car which was only 90%. We have brought four cars from Glyn Hopkins in the past years and this is the worst experience we have ever had. My advise is get everything written down on paper and signed otherwise they will not deny agreeing it and you have no comeback.
