Booked for a tyre replacement and checked for my locking nut was in the boot before going. Turned up on time and they said they could not find the locking wheel nut. Needless to say I was very surprised and said its in the boot under the floor in the special cut out for the nut . When I walked round no nut was present and its gone. They said "your mistaken". Total denying any responsibility. Walking through the workshop nuts all over the floor a real mess and no metal holders in use . I should of realised when my partner said they lost hers ! Book else where . Customer care is none existent.

Appalling service avoid like the plague. For 4 tyres tyres.* 0.5 bar under pressure* tyre pressure monitoring system would not reset* wheel trims put on over the valvesand it was booked in for 12:00 to13:00 yet was not started until 1/2 hour after booking expired time i was there 5 min early so had to wait nearly 3 hours for 4 tyresWont use them again

Had a blow out. Nowhere local could or would help us. Rival companies were completely useless. However F1 Tyres came to the rescue as they provided an excellent service in helping us. Could not recommend enough. 10/10 service. Thank you!!

MOT booking process is quite straightforward if you can navigate the multiple add-on services offered. However, the cost was about 30% higher than the one advertised and I didn't realise until I received the automatic confirmation email that there?s no free retest if my car fails. Also there?s no way of changing the booking online and you?re charged at the time of order so you can?t cancel without requesting a refund.

The cheapest place in Chelmsford for tyre change. They are very friendly and helpful. I have changed two front tyres. Asked them for online price, which was cheaper than in store, and they have accepted online price.I have used them many times, and they are the best garage in Chelmsford. They are always helpful. 5 star service.

I urgently needed the air pressure checked in my Mums car. The staff were all super helpful and thoroughly checked the car for me, free of charge.I'd gone to Halfords but they said they didn't have time even though they only had one car in workshop. But couldn't be happier with this place. Will definitely move my business here. Xx

Took car in as was overheating think we dealt with Dan even though he couldn?t fix it in the end checked everything over for me to make sure it was safe to drive to get it to a main dealer. Thank you again
