If their driving is anything to go by then totally avoid.They park wherever they feel like and with no thought or consideration to anyone else, blocking cars on driveways.Have spoken to the driver of CU16OCM asking not to do it but it still happens again and again.It?s not even for a patient either, just a staff member visiting a partner but can?t be bothered to walk a few hundred yards so instead just blocks a drive way. Shameful attitude.

If this company?s driving is anything to go by, I would not trust the carers anywhere near my loved ones. I have just had the displeasure of following one of this company?s cars. Slowing and speeding frequently so the driver could change the channel on his phone which he was clearly watching whilst driving. I could not believe what I was seeing, this is incredibly dangerous! Failed to indicate and the car was battered so clearly not a competent driver. I?m sure the company will do nothing about it but the reg was EY66 TPZ.

Awful experience. I arrived at dad's once to witness they had put pineapple juice on his cereal. They arrived at random times if at all. Hit and miss if medication was given which is the most important basic thing to do. My list goes on and on .....

They drive so dangerously giving no care to others on the road. Especially horse riders were carers (I use the word carer loosely) accelerates to drive past laughing. They then are only spending 5 mins with the service user they are visiting. Disgraceful.

Would just like to thank all of the care workers for their hard work, dedication and respect.Pleasant with a mixture of good humour and understandingThis is the 8th month of my husband?s care, and we could not ask for a better care agency.

Do not use this company. Treated my mum and dad badly. Did not listen to us at all. My mum died and she had a do not resuscitate form but they carried on with CPR without listening, she was under palliative care for a long term illness, I informed them of this constantly they still called the police out and ambulance to treat as a unexpected death causing us to have less time with our mum. It should have been just the palliative nurse and undertakers to arrive but they have caused so much upset and pain and went against my mum's wishes

Absolutely awful caring come to my Nans for 4 mins didn?t give her no personal care at all left her with bruises , bad attitude , rude and abrupt really bad company do not recommend
