Be there today where i was verbally shouted at by a member of staff and when asked for a manager they was not working ill be taking this to head office and ill also be name and shaming the work employee jade I give you 5 star for making me feel very welcome after you want to shout at meshout at me and make me feel uncomfortable there and every other time I've gone there , i've always had filthy looks from this employee and nouthing seem to be done about it

My go to stop for any car parts that I require, staff is incredibly knowledgeable on a wide variety of vehicles and will stop at nothing to help you, deliver to store or home is very quick and the price for the products is very reasonable, could not recommend them enough for an at home mechanic.

Needed two CR1620 keyfob batteries. Phoned and the Ipswich branch(Chelmsford branch was busy) checked Chelmsford's stock and i drove there to pick them up. Nice easy transaction.

Waited for a while to be served by the most unhelpful individual I have ever come across.
Appeared out of nowhere, did not even acknowledge me.Walked past me to the other end of the counter without any interaction what so ever like he didnt want to be there unsure if he wanted to serve me or not.
I asked for a certain part and he told me to go to the other end of the counter !?
It's all open plan ??
Give details of what I wanted and of course, "We don't have that in stock" being the most unhelpful individual ever !!!
Told him oh well I will go else where, which I did AND...It was cheaper !!
Lost my loyal custom as I will not be back !!!

Lots of people just walking around with bit of paper in their hands while customers are queuing up outside the door! Only one person on the tills dealing with a customer that can decide what light bulb he wants? When it?s the most busy part of the day please have two people serving? Just a thought ?
