Just been there few hours earlier and been dealt very unprofessionally by this old unhappy asian salesman at the till. Have seen him earlier also. Never found him in a mood of giving good customer service. My colleague asked about the toilets and got completely ignored by him. He is supposed to guide his or Esso?s customers with their needs but his bad behaviour is opposite of what is expected out of companies like this. He definitely needs to learn good customer service and better communication skills. He lied to me about the change and then produced coins when I said keep the merchandise and return money. He is unaware of refund processing. Super pathetic and unruly salesman. Esso! Do something about it??

If you need to fill fuel cans don?t use this place. The attendant wouldn?t allow me to fill 2 cans and then return to fill 2 more. He refused to turn the pump on as I?d already been there and filled 2. I had to drive miles to another fuel station. They lost a good customer today.

It's ok, very expensive fuel, I had no choice as the Tesco's garage were under renovation and closed. Its okay as a last resort. But, definitely not recommended for a full tank of diesel!

Right next door to a tesco petrol station but that doesn't stop them from charging slightly more per litre. Its a 24 hour service station and that is what you'd expect nowadays. Never had any problems even during the many fuel shortages we've endured. Very friendly staff, and always happy to help.

5 a.m. Monday 24th January 2022.Lady on the till had a very good manner and was very polite and courteous. Perfect!Only dropped a star because I don't like the payment machine asking if I want to donate to charity.But not sure if that's her fault, just wonder if that could be deactivated.

it is more expensive than the Tesco fuel station next door, and there is no price stability. you can see different prices day and night. two stars anyway .
