One star is being generous!!They dropped us off at our venue in London with no issues. Some of the passengers left bags on the coach with the assumption that it would be the same coach picking us up, but we found out it wasn't coming back for us and we all had to make our own way home at our cost with no compensation. All our stuff was still on the coach and we had persuade them to hand over our property.The coach door was also broken and should not have been used as transport.

Not even worth 1 star. What an unprofessional business who dropped us in London after several pick ups across Essex and then left us stranded and we all had to pay for train fares to get home on a Sunday evening. Simply a disgrace and they should have their operator?s licence revoked.

We used empire coaches for a journey to London and back for our friends 40th. There were 11 of us picked up from Witham at 12.30pm and dropped to Soho London and then collected at 10.30pm and all dropped to our own home addresses! The price was extremely reasonable! In fact, in future id opt for empire coaches with a large group as its value for money and so much less hassle! We were all so impressed with the service.Our driver Duncan was punctual and so friendly. Thank you so much! This helped make our friends 40th very special and stress free!We will be back again! Paid £200 in advance for a minibus to pick us up at 12.45 left us stranded, called and called with no answer ... eventually got through to a very rude man who told me to get off the phone so he could arrange another taxi.Nothing turned up so we had to find 2 taxis and got home at 3am paying another £160! Do NOT use this shocking company!!Called today for a refund and the guy hung up after saying no one available til Monday !

I booked a minibus for 14 people with empire coaches for a New Years Eve return journey and I was so impressed. The driver arrived 10 minutes early but didn't pressure us and was so lovely. He then picked us up for our return journey at 2 in the morning and waited patientily whilst all of us got in. I am so impressed with this company, it was my first time using them and I will be recommending to people and using again. Thank you very much!

We have used empire coaches a few times now and would just like to say how reliable and professional they are. Our driver was polite and on time and couldn't be more courteous in assisting our needs. The coach was a new 16 plate vehicle and was very clean both inside and out. We will be always using empire coaches for our trips and will be recommending them to all our colleagues!

Booked these for my wedding. To pick 28 people up at midnight. They left us all stranded in a car park in my wedding dress at midnight in the middle of know where. Laughed at my husband and told us the coach may or may not come in 3hrs and we are not getting our money back. Atrocious.
