Recently moved home and was looking for a new and better bed after our nightmare old one.
Team were great in assisting us find our new bed. The team did us a great deal throwing in some pillows and duvets whilst also including removing our old bed and assembling the new one (super king ottoman). For the quality of the product and price we paid it beat every other store we had visited until then.
Everyone was great from the sales staff to the delivery. Would Highly recommend visiting this store if shopping for a new bed.

Popped into Dreams in Chelmsford to have a look as our mattress is getting old and I'm getting back pain. We didn't really know what we were looking for as its impossible to pick a mattress after laying on it for a few seconds. Michelle the assistant overheard our conversation and asked if we'd like to do the sleep analysis test (not sure if that's what it's called) we laid on a mattress while our bodies were analysed for any points that needed extra support. It took 3 mins in total, Michelle was mindful of any pain or health issues that we had and offered us drinks etc. She was attentive but not at all overbearing or pushy. After the test, we were advised a number of mattresses that might be beneficial for us. We loved the first two, and after trying the others we went back and bought the second one. We even bought the Tempur pillows that we were given to use on the beds that we were trying out as they seemed so comfortable. Michelle was so personable and friendly. We probably overshared far too much but had a bit of a laugh too. We didn't plan to actual purchase a bed but it was such a good offer and the service we received was exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend going into the Chelmsford store and seeing Michelle, she was very knowledgeable about the products and we felt totally as ease with buying a product that you need to feel comfortable with. Thank you for a great service!

We were warmly greeted in your Chelmsford store by Michelle who promptly installed us on your mattress tester machine. Superb! We had a great experience, good coffee and excellent expertise from Michelle, culminating in our order of a new mattress and 2 new pillows! Thank you for such a positive experience Michelle.

Purchased a bed, mattress and pillows. Lyn was incredible. She perfectly supported us and other customers seamlessly while in the shop alone ( her colleague was on lunch break). We did not feel rushed or left waiting at anytime, she was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Well done Lyn and thank you.

Whenever I go shopping for anything I expect great customer service and the products that I want to buy. So entering Dreams in Chelmsford today was a pleasure. No pressure sales etc, offered a cup of water as it was really hot. Tried out the sleep match mattress machine, nearly fell asleep ?. But Lynn was so helpful and patient. Just said take your time as it is important to get the one you want. Explained everything clearly and efficiently. Was an absolute pleasure to be served by somebody that clearly loves her job ?

Maria made my purchase so easy. Done the test on the machine then Maria showed me a few different style mattresses that would suit my needs and we eventually narrowed it down to one to which I purchased. LYNN was fantastic .. an absolutely lovely lady .. we popped in to browse and then went back to look at a mattress..Lynn greeted us and served us ..made us feel at ease there was no pressure and she managed to get us a fantastic deal .. we could not of been happier such a kind lady thank you . should be employee of the month??????????
