Good service for correcting my order. I orderred 3 wraps and 2 wings and one individual pizza which i swap 2 toppings. Delivery on time which is no hot sauces set aside with wings and the toppings I swap are all missing. Me and my wife were not at home by the time of delivery, my daughter took them and ate some part of order and put 2 wraps into microwave to keep warm and left home. When We were home hour later ?we saw the pizza was wrong and didn?t know 2 wraps hiding somewhere. So I called out the branch and complained about the wrong order and missing 2 wraps. (Please accept my apologies for this, )but the young lad in reception is very kind, explained that he prepared those 3 warps for me and the driver did confirmed with my daughter all the items. I insisted I only seen one empty box of vegi wrap which my daughter ate. He checked with mananger and come back to me to offer the whole order remake and re delivery for me which is really kind. But I still wanted to show him what I am saying is true, so I brought back all the things left over to the branch to show. On site , all the staffs are very polite , did not show any sign of rude or fed up with my appearance and nicely they made my all order fresh again and even try to offer me a free drink. When I got home , my daughter just back and told me she kept 2 wraps warm for me in microwave, I felt guilty if I am not telling these. So I think they are very good at customer service and very kind attitude as well. Thanks and I would give them 5 stars service?.

By far the worst branch I?ve ever used. On both occasions now the pizza has barely had any toppings on and was overcooked. Never experienced this with any other branch before. Oh and on one occasion I ordered for delivery and after 1 hour I received a call asking if I could collect as there were no drivers available. This place needs a massive shake up. I won?t be using again.

Waited over an hour for our delivery so had to collect it in the end and they told me they had lost our order after getting told on the phone that if i could collect it it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we finally got the order the pizza it was cold and they had given us the wrong side.

I feel this has gone downhill over last few weeks. I think it's all new Staff and their attitude is abrupt and rude... 2 hours for deliveries. Cold, undercooked and not what I ordered.

After wait for 40 minutes then be told we will have to do it again well only one was done the other was stone cold and that went in bin never again waste of time and

Took a little longer to receive. New pizza wasn?t to my liking. Not that it wasn?t good I just wouldn?t choose sweet pizza. Chicken on another had was delicious! Absolutely to die for.

Domino's pizzas are the best - simple. The delivery guy even cycled all the way to the shop and back to get a me a new pot of the dip that he'd accidentally dropped on my doorstep, which was totally unnecessary but much appreciated. How's that for service ?
