The manager does not even carry a smile on his face while accepting or delivering orders. I would say the manager was very rude and was not at all customer focused. Shouting on staff members for making orders quickly in front of customers is not at all good I feel.

Payed for extra cheese and came with virtually no cheese at all.
Honestly have never had a decent pizza from this place.

The food arrived with raw meat on it and undercooked. By the time we realised my wife was very ill. Dominos gave us a very hard time to refund and eventually I had to dispute the payment through the bank.
This specific dominos is best avoided

Awful service from person on the phone. Hung up on me multiple times while trying to get a refund for burnt food.

Absolutely repulsive, grotty and grim order received from dominos. The stone cold pizza had missing slices. The wedges were bare minimal crumbs. The chicken stripers were anaemic. I thought pizza was supposed to have cheese? Where was that? The only thing that was satisfying was the large bottle of coke that came ice cold to the door. Do not recommend. YUCK!

This dominoes must have recently gained new owners as the pizzas used to be the standard you expect. After today I won't order from this one again, next to no toppings and generally just a poor effort

I don't leave reviews but left frustrated after collecting from this store.
I Was advised pizza ready to collect on the app but when I went to the store the pizza was not even made yet.
As I entered the store, no one acknowledged me for over 5 minutes and I had to wait a further 25 minutes before the pizza was ready. This made me 15 mins late for work.
What really angered me was the way the manager was talking to the staff. As I was stood waiting the manager shouted at one of the team members "work faster" several times. The poor boy was working hard enough.
No wonder I received a poor service, I'm assuming the poor staff are completely demoralized. Will be contacting dominos further as no one should be treated like that at work.

The order was ready for collection on the app and the screen in dominoes we arrive and the pizza isn?t even in the oven. The staff say it?s busy. Therefore it is understaffed they need to put more people on post for weekend or peak days. The staff didn?t know what was ready or not or what was even in the order. Bad organisation and poor management. The staff were polite and trying their best but given no leeway to work properly and just under too much pressure.

Absolutely SHOCKING. Avoid this place and order from elsewhere. Completely messed up the order. They sent things that we didn?t ask for. Pizza was cold and the texture was different compared to the Beaulieu store. When called to try and speak to the store, they hung up on me.

I won?t be using this company again. Over two hour wait on a Saturday lunchtime. Kept getting phone calls from the driver who was at the wrong address but kept telling me that I was at the wrong address ??
Received the email in the picture. What is the point? I?m sorry Dominos that is NOT acceptable and you have lost a customer that will not be returning
