Just bought 2 sofas from here. Very User friendly staff made it a pleasure to be there. Previously visited 3 times before we decided what we wanted. We did visit the ither outlets as well and found what we wanted here.

I purchased 2 sofas at the end of Sept 2022 from the Chelmsford Branch.The showroom staff were excellent , very polite and helpful. By the end of December we were aware that the bigger of the sofas cushions were going very flat and it appeared as if the base was sinking.We contacted DFS who sent an agent out , he gave us a lecture on how to sit on a sofa and said as far as he was concerned there was no problem , it has gotten worse , we went back to the store and raised the issue again and were given another appointment for today 21 March 2023 and must wait in all day , it is now 1400 and no visit or call to say when they will arrive , so far our experience of The aftersales service of this company leaves a lot to be desired .

Just had our sofa delivered very happy with it .. The delivery drivers were great and very careful bring the sofa in. I will have to recommend them they were great . The delivery drivers were Sonya and Baz well done you two brilliant work ...

2nd attempt of having a sofa delivered. 1st time couldn't fit through our street door after waiting 4 months .. gone back the 2nd time now waiting g again another 4 months. But they have been kind and knocked the delivery money off. They also keep.you updated and a tracking number on what's happening with my order, not like furniture village definitely wouldn't be going there again....

The reason for my five star rating is because I have previously purchased furniture from Dfs which I was extremely pleased with.My most recent delivery was damaged unfortunately and I was given the option of repair or return. I believe that the customer service is as important as the quality of the furniture and Alex the manageress of the store was extremely helpful and resolved the issue very quickly. She personally liaised with me and oversaw the process.I would highly recommend Dfs.
