Ordered online. Wasn't ready when we got to the shop. Purchased another item, having been told we'd be refunded for the original in 10 days if we didn't collect it. The item was never refunded. Have now spent two months chasing only to be promised calls that never come. Do not order online from Currys.

Walks in, asks for any type of cable management, the kid shrugs his shoulders, checks his iPad and says you need to order online?. Whatever! I walk to the back of the store and oh look, X 5 cable management packs. Bring it to the front to pay, the same annoying kid just looks at me from across the desk, nothing in his head said to serve the waiting customer. So I stood waiting ten minutes to pay. Honestly I?m not surprised these shops are closing down more and more. I?m ordering online from Amazon for any future electronics or anything related.

If I could post zero stars I would. Ordered click & collect. Would have been quicker to make my own SD cards! Lovely lady tried to help. But in there nearly half hour collecting something already paid for online. And these people are supposed to be the tech giants ?

Not happy at not being able to phone the store to check on my delivery only the main voicemail number which is a waste of tine. Will never buy anything from Curry?s in the future.

Felt very lost in the store(Chelmsford Curry's )until Luke came to my rescue.... Really nice person, very professional and had lots of patience with me as I couldn't decide what I needed at the time. Thanks for your help Luke!

I visited store in chelmer village today. We were served by a lady with a very worn wrinkled face looked like a heavy smoker.Her attitude was something quite arrogant and rude. She wore a dyson jacket. You must tell her to change her attitude.

No wonder everyone tries to shop online? just went to this place (Currys Chelmsford) today to purchase an electric cooker? wanted to ask if there is a different colour to the one displayed? looked for someone and after finding a lady, asked her the question, she said she would send someone over? altogether a handful of people at the store to shop? waited for sometime? no one turned up? came out of the shop? ?
