Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, rapid service. I also love the fact it's so open and you can see them making the coffee right in front of you, adds a personal touch. Strongly recommend, a morning flat white or a latte after work from here.

This branch definitely needs more staff if it's going to provide a half decent service to customers. The staff were so busy preparing on-line orders that there was a huge queue in the store. In the end I walked out. Costa are missing a trick here. The M & S café and Pause (in Dunelm) dont open until

This is our local Costas and we frequent this one regularly. Staff are friendly. Decor is nice. A few outdoor seating benches. Lots of car parking.
Parking: Big car park as this is within the grounds of the clock tower retail car park.
