I had air conditioning units put in last week Well what can I say they were so professional all in their uniforms. They were so polite they cleaned up after themselves. My house was left immaculate. I?m so pleased with the service I have received. Thank you.

After being significantly let down by a National company, I called Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating for a second opinion. I was quite emotional when I called as I'd just been told I had to spend circa £10k for a new heating system, but the lady in the office, Kate, was extremely helpful and pragmatic which helped to calm me down, she booked me in for an engineer to come out the next day to assess the situation. The engineer, Russell, came out as promised the next day, at the time stated and called first, none of the processes the National company could achieve, he was the loveliest chap, knowledgeable and empathetic. He went through my warm air system part by part, and made sure every section was in working order and most importantly, safe. After two hours, he had fully checked and serviced the system, it transpired that I did not need a new system. The National company had not carried out any of the service as they should have, and in my opinion used scare tactics to make me purchase a new one, Russell's expertise in warm air systems was evident from the get go, and I cannot rate him or the company highly enough.

Russell was very organised with the job to replace my shower. He worked efficiently and did the job in a reasonable time. He then showed me that it worked and I was able to use it. I am very pleased with his work. Thank you

I cannot talk too highly of this company - from your first contact with Becky or Abbie or indeed any of the admin group, you feel that they care and do all they can to make things happen.
Martyn, the Managing Director is quite amazing and very patient and takes time to explain what his about to book in and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of Heating and Plumbing
The team we had - Harrison and Luke - were superb and took great care of our home at all times and we felt sufficiently confidant that we decided to have some days and nights away as we trusted them both
Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were able to give us a plan that worked for us all and completed the job of replacing our Boiler and Hot Water Tank on time with very little mess ( which they cleared up anyway very well - Noah came in to help during this time and again was very polite and respected our home )
The Electrician ( Bob ) was also excellent coming on time and again making very little mess
A very efficient and likeable team and we would be very happy to recommend them all

We have just had our oil fired outside boiler service by Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating, (they also installed the boiler as new) what a friendly, helpful, kind , knowledgeable and understanding member of staff, we have always found there staff members to be completely trustworthy. We certainly would recommend Chelmsford Plumbing.

I have used this company for a range of plumbing and heating requirements over the past few years and have always been completely satisfied. The reception team have always been very helpful. The engineers have been friendly, respectful and efficient, always taking time to explain what the job has entailed. Arash was no exception to these qualities when he tackled a job yesterday that turned out to be problematic instead of straightforward. The replacement sections of the soil pipe had to be customised before connecting and testing. The soil stack with its new branches is running efficiently now without leaks thanks to Arash's patience and perseverance. Again I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Chelmsford Heating and Plumbing.

Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating provided and installed an air conditioning unit in our bedroom, and we were very pleased with the service. The installation was completed in just one day, and Reece and Louis were professional, helpful, and extremely tidy throughout.
We would happily recommend them to others. They have become our go-to company for heating, and now for air conditioning too.

Kevin F called today to carry out an annual service on our oil boiler.
He left everything clean & tidy . He was polite and very efficient.
When it came to paying the bill Kevin mentioned that there was 10% off for booking our service during the summer months - that was a nice surprise .

Would definitely recommend. Recently moved into a new property in the area and had a few plumbing issues. Russ came over today and repaired some leaking waste pipes and also repaired our faulty boiler. Russ was very friendly, talking through the issues with us. and gave us some really helpful advice. Very efficient, neat and tidy.

They contacted me very early on the day to change time of appointment as plumber had family issues, not a problem at all to change. New plumber was very nice and fixed and improved my downstairs toilet. Would recommend and will continue to use. Thank you
