Choosing a floor type for an extension is quite daunting. You really have to get it right the first time. I?m glad I popped into Image Flooring for advice about options.Helen and Mike in the Moulsham Street store were very helpful, friendly, and didn?t attempt a ?hard sell?. I borrowed a sample, had a think, and then settled on a style. Dean (the owner) came to measure up and finalise the quote. A couple of months later Conner (the fitter) poured and levelled the screed, and then days later when it was dry he fitted the LVT flooring.At each stage, everyone was approachable and willing to answer questions or offer advice. I?m very pleased with the result, and will be back when I need the next room done.Photos show the bare concrete, the screed stage, and the finished floor (skirting was later added by a builder, who also thought the floor looked great!).

Highly recommended - changed our awful ol carpet with a lovely new VLT. Booked the works not even a month before it was all done, the fitters took just two days. Really pleased, thanks!

Over 35 years used the shop each time, may not be the cheapest but perhaps the most helpful and friendly, steering me to the carpets I can afford. and making suggestions. Lads do a good job laying carpets. Important to support local companies

I have used this shop for well over 10 years and have had approximately 12 carpets laid. The customer service is brilliant and I only have to say my first name for them to remember all of my details. They give me the best quotes and do not try to push me down a high end route and give the carpet quality and price I?m looking for every time. I can call them up and have a Carpet arranged fuss free in sometimes less than a week! I went to my old property recently and I noticed the carpet on the stairs looking brand new?and it turns out it was the same carpet I had installed over 4 years ago!

Absolutely awful. I waited months for my order (I had agreed to wait but it got ridiculous) there are big gaps in my floor and the fitters left a PENCIL under the boards that have now lifted and become damaged. Its was a huge waste of money and I'm incredibly disappointed.

Poorly laid in places.Fitter rushed a five day job into three sloshing screed everywhere.Did not care about the finish, did not care about the best job for the customer.Shop were terrible, faked interest, repeated the whole 'we have been in business 20+years etc. Etc.'No offer of a reduction, I had to sort all problems with the fitter including awkward phone calls getting him back.Wouldn't put any flooring under appliances, then when questioned said that well I can but you didn't move them for me. Because you didn't say!!Poor poor service, pass the buck to the fitter who you have to pay separately....Do yourselves a favour AVOID.

Just great old school service WITH good value too. Very helpful, prices were great, the fitted carpet looks fantastic. Highly recommended much better than the megastore places!
