Needed unusual size pressure treated timber for a swimming pool. I tried everywhere & no one wanted to no or help until I spoke to James at chandlers, rang me back within one hour & sourced what I needed in few days. Great service, great location, highly recommend this place for all building materials & advice.

I had a wonderful experience with this roofing service! The entire Advanced team made this endeavor a seamless process. We had zero complaints from the tenants at the building (which was a miracle - like they weren't even there). The communication level was excellent. We always felt that any requests or questions were handled timely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them

Exceptional Service!My wife and I order 2 tonnes of gravel for parking area outside our house.Firstly, I ordered the wrong materials (grit!) which Phil, the Chandlers' drive spotted and thereby returned to the depot to collect 2 tonne bags of the correct gravel. Upon return, he not only delivered the bags at the scheduled time but also offered and emptied one of the bags into the car park using the truck crane, saving us a job.Finally, as if that exceptional "going-above-and-beyond" service wasn't enough, I then received a call from Gary in Accounts to refund me the difference because the correct gravel was significantly cheaper!I cannot rate this outstanding builders' merchants highly enough - professional, efficient and above all, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Exceptional!

The member of staff who dealt with my needs could not have been more helpful. They did their very best to try to ensure I received the product which would cure the problem of a very stiff bathroom tap. On a previous occasion a telephone conversation with Chandler's bathroom advisor led to the procurement of a shower tray which my extensive on - line searching had failed to locate.In both cases the service was very good and I recommend Chandler's without hesitation.

Looks small from the outside but we were looking at bathrooms and there is a surprisingly large set of displays inside. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Would strongly recommended
