Appalling service. Twice i have ordered carpet to be fitted by Carpetright and twice they have ordered the wrong item. I was hoping for my carpet to be fitted today after weeks of ordering. The fitter calls me 30 min after the time i expected them to tell me a wrong item was ordered. Making this mistake once is human error, twice is incompetence. Now i have to wait a couple of weeks whilst the fitter is on holiday. Be warned. The fist time i did not post review.

I came in today to look carpet and laminate for my first home and Wendy was super helpful in helping me pick what I needed. She was very polite and welcoming and helped answer all my questions. She took the time to show me different options and explained in detail the differences in the products and what best suited the room. She made a daunting experience seem very straightforward. An excellent representative of the company.

Had a carpet fit at the end of last year in bedrooms, landing and stairs. Fantastic service from Wendy who advised on choice of carpet and organised samples and fitters (who were very helpful) who fit over three visits, to minimise disruption.
