When my husband met Karl, he explained that we had a walking wardrobe that needed carpeting but would be a tricky job. Karl was very keen and came straight round to take a look and measure up. He then came back and fitted us a beautiful thick carpet for a very good price. It did take longer than expected to fit as it was like fitting 10 carpets!! See photo!

Carl was very professional and friendly, he explained everything he was doing well, ordered our carpet Wednesday and was fitted by Thursday lunchtime. Fantastic work , would highly recommend. Thanks Carl

Really happy with our carpets! Carl was great - from recommending the type of carpet we'd need in our bedrooms and more high-traffic areas, to the fitting itself. He was really knowledgeable, even suggesting a carpet that was cheaper for us than our original choice. Went above and beyond. We are totally happy with the carpets we have and how quickly he worked.

I have had the pleasure to work with Karl, who managed to give me excellent advice on the best carpet for my requirements. He also personally fitted the carpet himself. Terrible customer service. Forgot the appointment, no apology when I eventually got hold of anyone over the phone. Definitely won't recommend this local business to anyone. Just annoyed that I had to put even one star.
