Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY HELIUM BALLOONS FROM THIS SHOP. I Purchased 6 Helium balloons for £9 on Friday 20th October 2023. By 9pm the same day they had half deflated. My 3year olds birthday party was at 9 am on Saturday 21st October - by then they were all on the floor. When I called to complain they told me I needed to have taken them back on Saturday morning and hung up on me disgusting /non existent customer service. I have a date and time stamped photo showing they had deflated- how was I supposed to take them back if I was trying to placated my son who?s balloons when I got them out were no more than air filled.I know that Helium is expensive but that?s what I paid for but there was clearly not air than helium in them. Lasting under 9 hours is not acceptable.

Fab card shop - I buy all my cards in here. Very good price and a wide selection. Shop can be found in High Chelmer shopping centre. Only problem is as the shop is quite small and always busy you can sometimes have problems getting to the cards and the queue at the till goes straight down the middle of the shop blocking parts off. Having said this it is well worth the hassel as the prices are so good.

This shop may be small but it has a great card selection. Almost all of their cards are much cheaper than some of the other well known card shops and they even have a value range. The value range are all nice cards and in no way do they look cheap. They also sell wrapping paper, birthday banners and do have some gift items. I would definitely recommend this shop.

What a great little shop! Has every greeting card you can think of in this shop all at great prices. You can pick and mix cards 5 for £1 which is a great price! Most other shops charge over £1 for one card! They also sell banners, birthday gifts, wrapping paper. The staff are alwasy happy and helpful, what a great littlle shop!
