Very reasonable prices,and the staff are really helpful, especially the manager who wrapped my present for me to disguise it as a weight for helium balloons.Great service.

Decent cards but the shop is always a squeeze when there are more than a few people in it.

Visited this store today, lady who served me clearly missed the customer service training, had no interest in anything I was asking her, everything was an effort, bought ?2? & ?0? helium balloons, to be told they had no sacks to put them in, if I?d know that before I would have gone somewhere else as had to walk outside with them blowing everywhere, one of the strings then came off, luckily I caught it in time. Will not be returning here again

Served by a very pleasant and helpful girl today. Put aside the last "Baby boy" banner for a friend of mine. Very satisfied with this customer service.

Awful. Got my change virtually thrown at me. I tried picking it up as it got lost on the counter, she then went on to serve next customer ! Couldn't care less attitude. Couldn't find my change. Went without it. Whats wrong with people. If i treated my customers like that. I would be out of business !!!
