Didn?t like the coffee. Tastes so weird, first Cafe Nero I?ve went to where I don?t like the Coffee.
Also service were more interested in chatting / gossip rather than serving customers (where the line was increasing incredibly!) I wouldn?t have minded, but I was not really wanting to wait especially with people behind me.

Went into cafe Nero from work at lunchtime. Was polite. Ordered a toastie, cake, coffee, and water and a take away coffee on the way out. I can't figure out what I did to offend them but they acted like I had a disease. The women looked visibly uncomfortable when giving me the food and drink. I just said thanks. She just turned away with a really abrupt unfriendly demeanour. Then on the way out I ordered a takeaway away coffee. I waited to pay but the guy that took payment the first time totally ignored me. Other customers came in after me and he immediately started serving and taking payment from them. It felt oddly deliberate Needless to say, I felt hurt and upset. If I am courteous, the only possible reason they have for treating me that way is because how I look. I feel like crying but big boys don't cry. This isn't the first time I've been treated unfairly and probably won't be the last, but noone knows this
