Cote Chelmsford is a refined restaurant where the ambiance, decor, and unforgettable meals make it truly worth a visit.
Dietary restrictions: They go to great lengths to accommodate dietary requirements, especially for gluten-free options. Each dish is clearly marked with little flags to indicate it?s gluten-free, and I felt really well taken care of.

I arrived a bit before 9am and the staff kindly let me in, only ordered a black coffee and granola bowl. The bowl was left wanting ?didn?t see any walnuts and it really wasn?t half full. Not sure how they could have made it look more attractive ?coconut flakes perhaps, just expected more from a higher end resturant which as cotes. Place was clean, staff friendly and attentive. I would recommend but just needs a bit more wow

Myself and the my wife popped in there for afternoon dinner service was great however the food was terrible I had the steak filet straight from the freezer and my wife has the fish pie also straight from the freezer along with the spinach all just a bit watery?. Don?t plan on returning any time soon

Agnesa and her team were lovely and looked after us very well this afternoon. We had chicken pate and scallops for starters followed by seabass and salmon for mains to finish with a delicious chocolate mousse. It was perfect!

The service was good but the food not so good. Unfortunately it felt out of date, and feeling sick after eating. Usually Cote is a nice place to eat at, but at this specific venue it wasn?t good at all. Disappointed by the food, and feeling sick after :(

Always enjoy eating lunch at Côte. The staff are always very courteous, attentive and helpful. It's nearly always more pleasant than sitting in a pub. However, the prix fixe menu is a little tired, I feel, and I also think that the quality of the ingredients has gone down in the last couple of years.
