“A brief flying visit with the old dear.We recently had new interior doors fitted in our home. One of the door handle spindles was defective so we needed a replacement. She doesn't drive and I work alot so haven't had time to visit the supplier.We had the good fortune to meet Dave. Good chat and excellent customer service throughout he showed us to the door handles and lock section. Without replacing the whole handle and thus spoling the consistency of our interior he strongly recommended we returned to original supplier or indeed email thr manufacturer.Although we made no purchase and she bombarded him with questions he gave good clear advice throughout and was a pleasure to shake hands with.”
