Avoid at all costs. I asked for an eyebrow wax and tint and an LVL lash lift and tint. The lady did my eyebrows first which I'm happy with although after waxing she started threading, which I hate because I find it unhygienic, and rightly so as I could feel spit landing on my face!
Next for the LVL lash lift and tint. She was so rough the whole time, pushing my eyeballs uncomfortably hard to stick the pad things down. Then as she was applying the treatment I could feel it seeping in to my eyes, I informed her that it was stinging. Then she constantly wiped, sticking things between my eye which really hurt.
I have woken up with bloodshot eyes and conjunctivitis.
Update: I am now in a&e with chemical burns to my eye.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. AVOID. Can?t even tint your eyebrows properly, ruined my skin, rubbed my skin trying to take the stains off and caused an awful irritation. Rude staff. Raising their voice and pointing at me for saying I hate what they?ve done to my eyebrows. Awful customer service. Avoid. Avoid. Never in my life have I been treated like this.

Ruined my eyebrows. I asked for eyelash and eyebrow tint and threading. The tint was left on my eyelashes too long, my face wasn't protected properly and I was left with staining on my face (no where near my lashes). She threaded my brows before tinting, then when I wasn't happy with the shape she told me she did 1 eyebrow arched and 1 round. After not having them done she said she couldn't see this before tinting so why are they threading first? The lady also needed to invest in some deodorant

Went for brow wax . She started by cutting my brows . I never asked for it and basically waxed of half of my brows!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so angry and will never go back .Also customer service it's terrible I didn't even get hello

Avoid this place, myself and my daughter attended yesterday. My daughter had threading and I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed. We are both very sore today - I?ve had this done for many years with no problems - today I have the sorest patches on my eyelids as does my daughter. The staff were very rough with us both no consideration for the customer. The place and utensils looked unclean. It was expensive and the staff had no customers service the odd grunt if you dared to question what she was doing. Totally regret going here and will not be returning!

Won?t be going back. It?s more expensive than other brow shops locally and my eyebrows didn?t look nice. They don?t even ask you how you want them. When I got home my daughter pointed out that one of my brows was totally different than the other one. I had a loyalty card with full amount of stamps on as been here a few times. Lady said they don?t do it anymore. Seems unfair. Even if they have stopped doing it I think they should have honoured it. My guess is they are now too big for their boots. Started doing loyalty card to gain customers and now they are busy they?ve chosen to stop doing the card as they were giving too many brows away.I will stick with another shop that still does loyalty card. I certainly won?t come back to brows anymore.Services: Eyebrow beautification

Basically waxed off my entire eyebrow, took 30 seconds didn't take any time to see what I'd like or shape them nicely. Terrible

Walked in about 20 minutes ago waited at front desk for 5/10 mins a lady came out said one minute walked round the back and she comes back in sits down with her lunch on the front desk in the end I left because I waited so long

Went into brows to ask about eyelash extensions as sign says enquire about Russian lashes. Went in and they were extremely rude saying we don?t do Russians only strip lashes, I said the sign outside says to enquire?. Customer service is awful wouldn?t even try a service.

*EDIT*I managed to get a refund for the brows because of the actual damage to my skin but they refused to refund me for the lash lift. I?ve since returned to my regular salon and they said they completely fried my lashes, left the solution on way too long and that I will have to take a break from lash lifts for at least 3 months. My lashes are so damaged and dry they just crinkle in all different directions. AVOID this place!I?ve been here before and had a great job done, today was a completely different story. I had eyebrow and lip waxing and a lash lift, which as I?ve seen with another review made me fear for my sight. The eyebrow wax was scalding hot and had burned my skin and it is raw and damaged around my eyes, very dangerous. Also the front bit of one eyebrow is non existent, I know this because I have odd shaped eyebrows over an injury but having had my eyebrows tinted for years I?ve never seen it done so badly.The lash lift, they used awful smelling products and way too much tint that seeped into and burned my eyeballs to the point I had to ask her to hurry the removal (thankfully she was near finished anyways) and have an eye wash. They then said it was my fault for blinking? my eyes were taped!!! I couldn?t move them let alone blink. The result is also crooked and clumpy. Very disappointed and will be returning to ask for my money back.

I am a regular customer at Brows, normally happy with the service. However, on the 6 August I went to get my eyebrows threaded, no one waiting. One member of staff who was holding a conversation on her phone via her ear buds, throughout my entire visit. I looked in the mirror at the store didn't have my glasses on looked OK. When I got home my right eyebrow is 2cm shorter in length than the left. Obviously nothing can be done about it, I am so upset and angry. Everytime i look in the mirror i get upset. The service provided was appalling and rude, I won't be going back there again, I had been going there regularly for 2 years.

I used to come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded however the last time I was here was couple weeks ago and I will not be returning! The ladies here rush your eyebrows and do it so aggressively and the lady who was doing my eyebrows made one shorter than the other when I told her I didn?t like it she said can?t change it now. I never asked her to do that just for them to be tidy. Also they overcharge you. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
