I have been coming here for several years and am always confident of the professional welcome we receive. I have quite a complex prescription. Nothing seems too much trouble!My mother, who has dementia, recently damaged her glasses (provided somewhere else) and Anish quickly repaired them (where High Street chains wouldn't)...

Excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Broomfield Opticians has exceeded my expectation with knowledge, attentiveness and ensuring I came away with the glasses for me. It was great to be dealt with by one person from start to finish. Would highly recommend, no hesitation.

3D – OCT now available at Broomfield Opticians!
OCT is the only non-invasive diagnostic, painless, hospital-quality scan can that can help detect eye conditions like glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, vitreous detachments and much more.
The 3D images of the different layers of the back of the eye provided by the OCT scan allows us to pick things up a lot sooner than we would have been able to before. Some of the estimates are that you can pick up glaucoma five years earlier with an OCT than without an OCT. It also allows us to be more certain of our diagnosis.
OCT is also great for patients who maybe don’t have pathology but have family histories of conditions, or who just want the best eye care.
