My wife has recently died of cancer. I just tried to drop off some of the drugs and various chemotherapy paraphernalia at this pharmacist. They seemed to take delight in saying they couldnt take things like wound dressings and made me sit on the pharmacy floor sorting out things they didnt want to accept. They took some things and I had to throw the reminder in the bin outside. It was quite upsetting not to mention humiliating.

The best pharmacy around in my opinion 10/10 all staff so helpful, so kind , won?t go anywhere else and is not for the convenience as it?s not my nearest but for their 5star service . FANTASTIC

Often a queue but dealt with quickly, with friendly helpful staff. E-prescriptions take quite a while to get there from the local surgery which isn't their fault but is frustrating. Limited parking outside as it seems people in Danbury cannot park in a space or own cars which are too big for the spaces.

Never had a problem medication always ready they e.mail to let me know its ready always helpful and follow phone calls to ask how I'm going on medication couldn't recommend enough nice staff.
