Really angry. Mattress due for delivery today, only to be told it's not on the van...followed by its not in stock....followed by see you in 2 weeks. Customer service rubbish as still waiting to discuss this properly. Distribution centre trying to claim that at 'least they called me today', when in reality the van driver spotted the issue and called me and I called Bensons! Where's my compensation for time wasted moving everything around to make room for a mattress delivery, for changing my work schedule to specifically be at home and having to change it yet again for the next delivery date

Deni was fantastic. She was very helpful and knowledgable. She helped us choose the best mattress that we needed for a good nights sleep. If you ever going to Bensons for bed in Chelmsford make sure you get served by her as she was wonderful and very transparent. Thank you so much Deni for making our experience as good as possible.

Extremely happy with the way Bensons dealt with an issue which arose with our new mattress within the first few weeks, initially sending Homeserve to rectify the problem, and then providing a replacement when the issue returned.

Terrible delivery team. Left hand print on the mattress (permanent) and rushed off without showing me the installed bed, now i know why! They knew they left the handprint.
