Absolutely brilliant service from the girl( sorry can't remember your name) that saw me and Muhammad from the Barclays fraud department. I visited the bank on Tuesday to explain that I was scammed and they managed to get my money back within 2 days!!! Thanks guys

I would like to share my experience of The Barclays Bank in Chelmsford. I went into the branch with a specific request of transferring money to another account as I had a problem with my online banking I was greeted by a very warm and friendly Barclays staff member who directed me to the correct person I needed to see .. The person who helped me with my transaction was very polite , professional and very friendly , I would also like to say I met with the Branch Manager as well who was very friendly and accommodating and took time out to speak with all the customers which made me feel that nothing was too much trouble . I will certainly go back to the Chelmsford branch again if I require anymore help.

This branch has improved and even though the queue looked long it went down quickly and the floor staff were also extremely helpful. Not perfect but they obviously replaced the old management, and I no longer consider it to be the worst bank branch I?ve ever been in.

Taken me nearly 30mins to speak to someone on the phone just to apply for an overdraft, spoke to 2 people who said they would pass me to someone else. Ridiculous

I have requested for my bankstatement paper copy as per their rules,they have told me to wait 7to10 working days.I have waited more then 10days and i havent received my bankstatement yet and i told them its for my visa extension and i need it urgent.Even when i called them they hold me 30min over the ph after 30min someone received and took my name and said shes gonna check and put me hold again and suddenly ph was cut down,After that i have waited again 30min to reach them for 2nd time cal,One lady received and she said i can apply again if i want,or i can download it from my apps.If i wanted to do that i could do it before.Me and my husband requested same day and my husband receive his statement but i havent received.Very poor quality of service and customer care is not good at all.They are not professional.2nd lady told me they have sent but may be royal mails problem.my question is if its royal mails problem then how my husband got his statement and both of us living in a same address for long time.I am nit happy at all with their service.Always we have to struggle .
