DIY outlet store. Lots of stock on display. However, very few floor staff about now. We wanted a new kitchen mixer tap and found one we liked on display. However, there were none boxed on the shelf underneath. We could not find anyone to ask. We ordered click and collect from the store which showed two in stock!
We returned to the store and hour later after a message saying it was ready as we were still in the area to collect. We were told that there were no floor staff in that area to restock...

We just went to BandQ in Chelmsford and purchased (amongst other things) a 2.5lit Mixed to colour can of Valspar.
@£30 we spent most of the painting experience picking out bits of dried paint as we went along, presumably a badly stored or old base paint tin.
The white can that we had was fine.
So make sure you check with the 'mixer'

Ross was very helpful when mixing me some paint this evening, he was knowledgeable and very friendly. The man on the checkouts was also really helpful and was able to assist me with refunding a lampshade that I noticed was broken straight after paying. Highly recommend this store. Thank you.
