“Took my Fiesta in for its first MOT, appointment booked by phone which was answered promptly and nice chatty guy on phone who booked appointment for me. Was asked to deliver car at 8am which I did and met by guy who said it would be done immediately and would take around 40 minutes, invited to wait or come back. I decided to go to the Costa Coffee in the Clock Tower retail park which was a 5 minute walk away. Returned in 45 minutes and car was ready and had passed with no advisories, charged £48. Good service and the guy who greeted me had a cheery chat, overall very happy with the service. Thank you! ?”

“I rung them up to get a puncture repair on a tyre performed, the young lady answering the phone was very polite, safety aware and helpful and they fitted me in quickly.On the day of the puncture repair i turned up 30mins early and they fitted me in straight away rather then making me wait the 30mins which i was totally prepared to do, the poor fitter had only just finished his lunch and it was a rainy wet day and grim outside but he rushed straight to it.
