Visited Chelmsford ats garage today , staff very helpful, my car problem was repaired and the cost was not overly expensive, I would highly recommend this garage and will certainly use again if and when needed.

Recently had a full car service here and must say I?m chuffed on the work carried out and Darren that was on the tills he was very informative he let me know in advance before the car was picked up and I asked a few things to be changed and they did it. Very nice staff here they do a great job and I?ll be definitely returning here again soon great service. ThanksKind regards James

Peter is an absolute diamond. Looking at my car yesterday, the rear end had dropped. Following a friend's recommendation I drove to ATS this morning. I spoke to Peter he managed to squeeze me in, greatly appreciated. Saved a damsel in distress. Highly recommend.

Peter at the front desk is an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable guy who identified an annoying ?donk? noise everytime the brakes were applied.Also informed the the front brake hoses were on wrong and in danger or rubbing on the tyres.Huge relief ??? as these issues were resolved in no time. Kept me informed all the time about progress.Highly recommend ATS Euromaster Chelmsford branch. Excellent customer service and workmanship ?

Just like to give these guys a shoutout for their excellent customer service and overall experience. Gentleman on front desk was very helpful, me being the numpty I?m am got my days mixed up but nothing was to much trouble and he got me straight in with no fuss.Popped over the road for a coffee and 30mins later call was received saying my 2 front tyres were done.As for my purchase first impressions seem good and I?m very happy.Keep up the good work guys and I will definitely be returning and recommending you to friends and family.Chris

Had an issue with my exhaust and everywhere I tried locally was booked up. Short drive to Chelmsford for me but these guys were fantastic. Appointment first thing the next day, parts ordered in as soon as possible and work done as quickly as they could too.Outstanding service, great value for money. If you are on the fence about a garage and looking at these guys then I would strongly suggest using them. They will be the first place I return to in the event of future issues simply because of the great all around service I recieved on my first visit. I will be placing my review in several places because I think it is so important that good work gets the recognition it deserves.

Got me out of a hole! Battery died suddenly on Friday. Not only were ATS great value but the service I received from the Chelmsford branch was a real standout. Went out of their way to source and fit a replacement on the Saturday. Friendly, courteous and efficient. The people here seem to genuinely care about their customers. Five stars well deserved.

Been using this branch of ATS for about 4/5 years now. Had 4 Toyo Proxy TR1s fitted courtesy of BlackCircles.Also been a direct sales customer previously of a set of Michelin CrossClimate 2s.Excellent price fitted to a garage near me. Good bunch of guys inside, clean interior and well equipped.Honest in their work and appraisal of vehicle condition whilst on the lift.Edit:Visited again Saturday 27th May.I bought an Air Con regas coupon from Group On for £41.99. Arrived at 1130 for my appointment where my car was immediately hooked up to the equipment outside.Approximately 40 minutes later my car was completed and a short test was undertaken. The vents blew cooler and I left satisfied. Shall visit again.
