Good staff, but food wasn't great. Pizzas were barely cooked. Expensive for what it was.

Didn't get a chance to eat food. Waited 10 minutes to be sat down. Then 15 minutes and ended up walking out as we hadn't been served. I'm a patient, respectful person and it wasn't exactly busy. Not a good experience.

Food was good. Service was exceptional apart from one of our servers incompetence to balance a table.

Food is good, however the service is really worse. When we asked for a dessert which it took a very long time, the women is not responding properly.

Very average , pizzas were mediocre I have had better Tesco's pizzas, I expected more for the price tag , also selection of beers were very poor.

How they cook pasta is an attack to Italian kitchen. The worst carbonara I ever ate. Overcooked and no eggs. Never again

Slow service - 5 mins to get seated, another 10 before drinks orders taken. Food was typical chain Italian stuff, so ok but nothing special and pretty expensive without a voucher. The exception was the cheesy garlic balls which were amazing

We came in as a group of four for a team lunch after work. We were quickly seated and drinks brought over. I had a cocktail which was absolutely delicious!
I had a pasta dish and a side of zucchini fritti, and everything was beautiful. I couldn?t finish it all so they brought me a takeaway box so I could enjoy it later on too.
Overall a great meal!
Parking: Two mins walk from Bond Street car park (pay per hour)

Lasagne grande was amazing, especially with the the chips.

We were served lunch by Krystal who was dealing with service for the entire restaurant single-handed. She was constantly smiling and efficient, and was a constructive part of our dining experience. We were all impressed.
