Large clothing section ,good variety of ladies and children?s clothes
Lots of bargains with their ?rollback?
Specially liked the bakery section.
Not forgetting the helpful staff.

This store seems to constantly be misleading customers with prices & offers, by putting larger items on a smaller item price, or removing the price tickets for an item that?s not on offer and placing it next to one that is, leading you to believe all flavours are in the offer.
Purchased 10 items today and 2 of them were incorrectly placed or priced, so have inadvertently paid more.
Absolutely sick of this store now and their sneaky tactics. Cost of living is hard enough for families at the moment.
Won?t be shopping here anymore!!

Prices are fair on the more expensive side. However not a single till was open the was a them selfcheck out machine that constantly a broken braking or asking silly questions. Need at least one or two tills open one for convenience and two for the older generations that take 30mins to scans two products

When to ASDA shopping yesterday with the wife, as we enter the store we were met by some St.Johns ambulance people asking for donations towards medical equipment, the gentleman was quite loud and didn't like to hear no, I watched from across the fish and chip shop as I drunk a cup of coffee, and he embarrassed a lot of customers you can see they felt uncomfortable, ASDA's five stars, St.John's ambulance zero stars. People can't afford to go shopping regardless giving their hard earned money to a panhandler at the door.

Reasonable prices and quality of produce - HOWEVER ! No staff at tills and long long queues for self check out. I went to customer service and asked a very nice lady if she would put out an announcement requesting for a member of staff to open a till. She did this even though she herself was busy. However even asking 3 members of staff, none of them were 'trained' to help customers by taking their money even though their fluorescent waistcoats said 'Happy To Help' What a joke ! Waited to use self service as the only other option was to ditch the trolly and leave. We won't be returning, we shall spend our £75 somewhere else next week.

Absolutely flabbergasted after visiting Asda on chelmer village to pick up an Alexa bot.
lots of boxes on display with instructions to take to till to collect item, went to till and the guy had no idea where they were, once he fathomed where they might be he couldn?t find the key, told to go to front desk and come back later to collect, omg, so I go back and was told they haven?t got any and been instructed to leave boxes on display on shelves as it looks good full, dispite not having goods.. unbelievable!!
Never ever come across a shop advertising something it hasent got before and making out they have!!

I just want to share my absolute thanks to Erica, staff member/home shopper at chelmer village. She is a pure joy to come across, always smiling and willing to help. She has done so on numerous occasions when I've been looking for something in particular and will happily spend some time giving me advice on what options to choose. She is a credit to your store!

Today I went to Asda for shopping as usual and a white short haired lady with glasses almost lynched us and we left without buying anything because of her. I don't think this kind of employee suits a big market like Asda.

I very rarely shop in asda as it's not local to me, I bought a butternut squash which was priced at £1 but was charged £1.62 at the checkout. The lady on the till said it was probably the price per kilo but it was not clear. I also needed to use the disabled toilet and had to find someone to ask for a key.

Hi i would like to leave an about asda costumer service which is -0 for this situation and hopefully no one else is getting the same stress as me from them,i have been yesterday to asda asking for two £5 vouchers lyca mobile, first they said cash only after i told them this is not my first time having vouchers and i paid with card,oh okay yes anyway they give me i paid for it something went wrong so he cashier he make e refund and get another voucher i said whats happend he said its fine it was my mistake anyway i went home one voucher is working the and being topped up and other one doesn?t work once you enter the number it says this number is not recognised,I?ve tried to contact their customer service lyca mobile I couldn?t get in hold with them as they were closed,today I popped up to asda and I asked to get something sorted the cashier she said I don?t know what to do wait there i will call someone I?ve waited for few min again I explained the situation she doesn?t believe I said i was here everything i was with small child with me and wasted ny time for a £5 voucher,the security came over and ask my on details i have explained him and he want to cameras checking what the time i was in there he said yes i can see there was something so probably he give me the wrong recipes but is not working hes name is jackem and he couldn?t do anything about it just trying to bring down the manager her name Jenny but she has not time to come as she was in lunch and i was waiting on there for nore than 30min,thats a really shame that they made me waiting there with small child for a £5voucher and couldn?t even apology for wasting my time and getting something sorted,if you can have look into this situation I would appreciate as my time has been wasted but they have to pay for it,i will upload my recipes on here so you can have look into them the one with circle wasn?t working the one next to it yes it does work.
