I placed an order in store. I was waiting 10 minutes for my order which I was sure for the last 5 minutes was waiting on the shelf to be given to me. Whilst I was waiting many customers who had ordered online were seen immediately and given their items. No one approached me although they saw I was waiting. Three staff were on the shop floor chatting away to each other and when an online shopper was dealt with, the shop assistant went back onto the shop floor, ignoring me.It was only when I asked if there was any service that they sprung into action!Absolutely awful customer service. Total shambles of a store. If you want to be seen quickly then the moral of the story is to order online and collect!

Went to buy a home printer and was confused by the variety of options. I also wasn't sure about the ink I needed. Rosie who worked at the collection point for online collection was so very helpful.I am in my seventies and really had no idea about what I was buying and the lady had the patience of a saint and was beyond helpful and kind.Thank you for amazing service.

Presented ID on pickup and they would not accept it (PASSPORT) and would not pass me my order. Drove 40 minutes to collect.

Argos offers a streamlined shopping experience akin to a McDonald's for lifestyle products. Walked in, got a fridge in 15 mins. Jill's guidance was top-notch, Christine handled everything smoothly. Prices beat Currys and they didn't charge a recycling fee for the old fridge. Nectar points sweeten the deal. Click and collect done right - quick and convenient. Gift vouchers? No problem, if you have any, make the order at the till. Plenty of parking at this retail park. Highly recommended.Pro tip: Choose an all-day 7-6 delivery slot if you're available as it's free. They text the day before for a more specific 2-hour window, but glitches happen. If rescheduled, ask for a specific time at no additional cost politely.

Great ? staff, but I do think men should do the heavy lifting when the goods come down the conveyer for a customer, I brought a worx cordless lawn mower and after using it I can honestly say it's the best I have ever used, it's lightweight and has enough battery power to easily cut ?? my lawns with plenty of power left, thank-you to Argos for selling great products.

Agreed with the rest comments about certain staff. Unprofessional and arrogant.I brought my soda stream cylinder for refill. I went home, tried to plug it in and realised that they gave me a wrong cylinder for a different model.Next day I went back in store to change it. Very helpful young girl at the till, but had to go through her supervisor.The supervisor said the seal is broken ( obviously I tried to fit it, and realised its the wrong one) nothing she can do and I "should be careful which one I'm buying". Excuse me? I brought my gas cylinder for refill and you gave me back a wrong fitting one!

A queue was allowed to form at the only till. Purchases were appearing on screen for collection ...but for the people at the back of the queue. The people at the front of the queue were still waiting for their purchases.I was standing further along the counter and my purchase appeared on the screen. I got the attention of the person at the till and asked for my purchase which she was happy to hand over to me.A member of staff there needs to visit another Argos store to see how it should be done with mutiple collection points which customers are called to when their purchases are ready for collection.A single person can manage 3 collection points.The staff were polite to me but none of them seemed to respond when their queue was getting longer than the list of goods for collection.There seemed to be no one there guiding the team or reacting to the collection issue that was getting progressively worse and worse.

I recently spoke to a member from this store and their behaviour was terrible, they couldn?t even be bothered to hear me out and were just trying to hang up on me. Worst customer service i experienced by far

Avoid this Argos at all costs. Bought a watch 2 months ago which is faulty already, and the manager in this store said it's not their problem and to contact the manufacturer instead, despite it being my consumer right to deal with the company I purchased from.

Staff need training on customer service and manners wouldn't go a miss, mainly the bloke in the Hi vis vest what an attitude.would look elsewhere before returning.

Second time today when staff have attitude issues. Shopped there at around 1-2 pm today and girl who served me at first was lovely. But, oh boy, what is man issue who works there in high visibility jacket? I felt embarrassed for him. Thanks to someone like him a lot of people experience even if it started like really good ends being really bad and you come home and leave negative review cause why do someone like him thinks he can talk to you like you?re nothing? Reading other people reviews seems like this store needs some changes. I hope somebody will put him into place.
