Anglian Care is a great company to work for.I?ve only been with the company just over a month, but I?m enjoying working here so far.Staff and management are very friendly and supportive.There is also an option for to study your City & Guilds qualifications in care whilst working.

Anglian Care, Chelmsford was assigned to my Mum (aged 94) following a spell in hospital. I was sceptical about the level of care they could offer in addition to our own care for Mum?. but we decided to give it a try ? and I?m SO GLAD we did. We were visited by a lovely Care Manager who explained their services and how they could cater for Mum?s requirements (which included her being on 24/7 home oxygen) ? encouraging our feedback on how we?d like our plan to work. We were given different options as to the level of care and number of visits we?d like and importantly the timing of those visits. The Care Manager visited again to introduce some of the Care Team and spent time making sure that we were happy with everything we?d previously discussed. After that, the members of the Care Team that came to our home were quite simply AMAZING. Each of them made time to really interact with Mum and with us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble ?. at no point did we feel rushed or that we only had a particular ?time slot?. They were all punctual and very polite with positive personalities and a ?can do? attitude ?. and most importantly totally respectful primarily to Mum but also to us. It was lovely to greet them each day and to hear them sharing their news with Mum and see her smiling and chatting back to them. The way they approached their ?job? wasn?t just to provide care for Mum but to make a positive difference to the wellbeing of us as individuals and to our family life ? and they certainly did that. The Care Manager made further visits to us to train new care staff and to monitor the performance of the existing staff. This dedicated group of staff deserve every performance accolade in our opinion ?. we started off accepting care staff into our home and ended up with new friends. Quite simply, they made a very difficult time in our lives so much better ? and we CAN?T THANK THEM ENOUGH. We have no hesitation all in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Anglian Care. Everyone needs people and we all need more people like you.We won't forget your kindness. Thank you all so much.

There is a million miles between Anglian and mums previous care company . In three days with your wonderful carers mum has had more kindness and attention than she had in the previous 8 weeks. They are so thorough and do everything that they are supposed to without being asked. They never rush mum and I can see the difference straight away. Where she used to be urging me to cancel their visits she now looks forward to their arrival. And the times of the visits are perfect. Thank you so much

I am a employee at Anglian Care, I started in the Benfleet office and recently moved over to the new Chelmsford office. Great company to work for, colleagues and management so friendly. I am a Care Coordinator in the office, however I also assist with care calls in the community when possible and am very happy to be part of Anglian Care's team.
