I would definitely recommend Adore nails, I?m a new customer have been to 4 appointments. First one there was an issue with a couple of nails I called them and they were very professional asking for me to return so they can fix the problem! I then visited yesterday with an appointment however they were very busy and my appointment was delayed half an hour unfortunately I was on a lunch break so didn?t have time to wait, they then later contacted me very apologetic and to see if I wanted to rebook which I did for today!
Adore nails are very helpful and I will return due to their great customer service.

Very impressed with the service I received. The staff were lovely and the guy who did my nails did an incredible job. He was so focused and precise and made sure I was happy with everything he did. Would highly recommend.

I had booked an appointment for 3pm, got there early. I understand it?s a busy time of year, however I was waiting for an hour and had only just got my natural nails filed down. I noticed 2 other people with later appointments were seen before me. Both WHITE females (I am brown). I was there until 5:30 as every time I asked how long, the response was ?five more minutes?. If you ask me this is disgusting and a case of discrimination. DO NOT GO TO ADORE NAILS CHELMSFORD!!!!!

Excuse my wrinkly hands in pic.....One of the friendlest Chinese nail bars in Chelmsford. I left many before due to talking in a language I couldn't understand and sniggering amongst one another, always made me feel uncomfortable. Doesn't happen here. Wonderfully decorated and chilled vibe. Always a happy customer ?
