I came here for the Mum to be package, although I wasn't pregnant (baby had other plans and came early) but Acacia adapted the package and did it as normal, I believe my therapist was Kan. She was lovely and welcoming, she started off woth the full body massage which was very thorough and relaxing. Then I had the express facial and I loved the smell of all the products and I loved that some of the products were warm and some cold, very sensational. Lastly, I had the pedicure, we had a little chat during this and she made my feet feel amazingly soft and painted my nails to perfection, silly me took some weird sandals with me which were very hard to get on and Kan helped me get them on ensuring the Polish didn't smudge.
Overall, I loved it and Kan made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling brand new. This experience was much needed after being a new mum. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend!The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have been seeing the Manager Sarah for PRP treatments on my scalp for hair loss and biotin injections and now I?ve got little baby hairs growing now! Sarah always goes above and beyond for instance I really wanted to try the PRP treatment on my face but had a breakout just beforehand and Sarah recommended we wait till it clears up, but kindly did some small areas so I could see what it would do and it looked great after healing. I like that she won?t just go ahead with booked treatments, if your skin like mine wasn?t in the condition it needed to be, as I?m sure others would have done it anyway.Thank you

Just received an amazing aromatherapy back, neck & shoulder massage. So relaxing, my back feels like a cloud now. Probably the most relaxed I've been in years. Would recommend.

I have been coming to Acacia for just under a year - the salon is beautiful, clean and always a good energy in there! All the staff are very friendly and always greeted with a smile.Sarah is amazing, gives really solid advice on what treatments would work best and importantly, does not ever push or even recommend to have any treatments that I don?t actually need. Sarah is also very knowledgable in what she does and performs treatments with full professionalism and care.I recommend this salon completely ??

Sarah is absolutely great at what she does, very professional and talented. She is also very friendly and welcoming, I?m always excited for my next appointment for a catch up! The shop itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. I recommend to all my friends and family who also have not a single bad word about their experiences! 10/10 would recommend.

After using Acacia for 15 plus years I have had to cancel my appointment due to ill health. Acacia have taken the full amount of the treatment from my bank account. I now realise it their policy to do this but it would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have found someone to fill the appointment and avoid being charged full price for a treatment not received. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending. Very disappointed
